I have responded many times to individuals that
have received instructions from the “State Church” to give
government whatever it asks for with important biblical instruction
that contradicts the “State Church” instruction. Those individuals
were confused as to the relationships of the parties and their true
relationship with God Almighty our Creator. Together, lets take a
different look at some scripture:
“Mat 22:21 …Then saith he unto them, Render
therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God
the things that are God's.”
The above scripture is used by “State Licensed
Ministers” to instruct individuals to give government whatever it
asks for. But, that is not what the scripture says. This scripture
identifies two different authorities, one that is of the ways of
this world and the other that is God Almighty our Creator. Now we
look at:
“Mat 6:24 No man can serve two masters: for
either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will
hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and
mammon.”
We are told in this scripture that we cannot
serve two masters which means that if we try to we will have
problems. Now, we can better understand that we must choose to
serve one master, the Caesar’s of this world, or God Almighty our
Creator. Remember that the Pharisees that went out to entangle
Christ in his talk were referred to by Christ as hypocrites. See:
Mat 22:18. That is not unlike IRS agents that lie to and con folks
out of 15% to 65% of their earnings with fraud and
misrepresentation. Next, it is important to carefully read 1 Sam
8:1: The Israelites actually had to forsake God our Creator in
order to go their own way to serve a King of their choice and God
dutifully warned them of all the terrible things that the King would
do to them if they did not repent:
“1 Sam 8:11 And
he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over
you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his
chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his
chariots.
1 Sam 8:12 And
he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over
fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his
harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his
chariots.
1 Sam 8:13 And
he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks,
and to be bakers.
1 Sam 8:14 And
he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards,
even the best of them, and give them to his servants.
1 Sam 8:15 And
he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give
to his officers, and to his servants.
1 Sam 8:16 And
he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your
goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
1 Sam 8:17 He
will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
1 Sam 8:18 And
ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall
have chosen you; and the LORD will not hear you in that day.
1 Sam 8:19
Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and
they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;
1 Sam 8:20 That we also may be like all the
nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and
fight our battles.”
Look up again at 1 Sam 8:18: When we choose
to serve the kings of this world, God Almighty our Creator withdraws
His protection from us. Not because He forsakes us, but, because
when you chose to serve the Kings of this world rather than Him, you
forsake Him, you reject Him. This leads us to the question of what
is the proper order of Government to maintain God Almighty our
Creator as our King, over our head, and our government employee
hirelings as our servants? Consider the next scripture that has
been used by “State Licensed Ministers” to con individuals into
serving the “kings of this world”:
“Rom 13:1 Let
every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power
but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Rom 13:2
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of
God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.
Rom 13:3 For
rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou
then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou
shalt have praise of the same:
Rom 13:4 For he
is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which
is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is
the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth
evil.
Rom 13:5
Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for
conscience sake.
Rom 13:6 For for
this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers,
attending continually upon this very thing.
Rom 13:7 Render
therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom
to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour.
Rom 13:8 Owe no man any thing, but to love
one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law.”
The above
scriptures have been used by “State Licensed Ministers”, knowingly
or unknowingly, to con individuals out of their right of
sovereignty over their hirelings. I have seen other versions of
this that go to far as to say that you have to give government
whatever it asks for. So, for a better understanding first look at
Rom 13:1, and decide what is your “Higher Power”; remembering you
can only serve one master, will it be God our Creator or your hired
government employee hireling servant? Remember that in Founding the
United States of America, our Founding Fathers did not choose a King
to rule over them. They first established the States and defined
their jurisdiction in Constitutional Law and then established the
National Government in Washington D.C., to serve the States with
specific and very limited duties and responsibilities by
Constitutional Law. Remember that it was “We the People of the
United States of America” that established the Constitutional Law
and then required our hirelings to swear to obey it as the Supreme
Law of the Land in exchange for the pay we give them. This is a
binding contract because it meets every test of a Binding Contract.
So, what is the role of “We the People of the United States of
America” in this relationship? Answer: We are the Board of
directors and we have a required responsibility to rule over our
hirelings 100% via the representative form of government process by
being the initial law makers. That means every statutory regulation
ever passed without it coming from “We the People” is null and void
as it does not meet the test of the constitutional requirement.
Next, “We the People” have the right to rule over our hirelings in
the Jury Box because as the “Board of Directors over our hirelings,
we have the right to determine both law and fact in all trials,
meaning that we have the power to declare any law contrary to the
Constitutions to be “Null and Void”. Next, we have the inherent
right to totally ignore any statutory rule or regulation that is
contrary to the Constitutional Law, because we required our
hirelings to swear to uphold the Constitutions as the Supreme Law of
the Land and if they pass regulations that contradict that sworn
oath, they are in Breach of Contract which nullifies their actions.
We have no obligation to wait for a decision from our hirelings to
totally disregard unconstitutional statutes because we are the
“Board of Directors” and we have a right to rule over our
hirelings. So, God Almighty is our Higher Power and “We the People”
are the Higher Power over our government employees and that includes
the President because we are the Board of Directors over the
President.
Go back up and
re-read Rom 13:2: Who is it that is going to receive damnation for
resisting the power? When our government employee hireling servants
resist the power of the law, the Constitutions, they bring damnation
upon themselves and because we have not held them accountable for
obedience to the Constitutional law we have lost our heritage of
sovereignty over them and have awakened to the reality that the USA
and the citizens thereof are all bankrupt because we have allowed
them to run a counterfeiting operation that strips the citizens of
their wealth.
Now go back and
look at Rom 13:3: Who are the rulers? If you said: “your
government employee hireling servants”, you have missed the point.
God Almighty is our ruler because He created us. We are the rulers
over government because we created government to serve us.
Go back up to:
Rom 13:4: Who is it that has the right to execute the wrath against
the evil doer? The constitution requires trial by jury. That means
that the jury is the judge and has the right to determine law and
fact and execute judgment against the evil doers. Next, it is “We
the People” that have the right to be the Grand Juries to indict
evil doers for crimes. The problem is that “We the People” have
been conned partially by “State Licensed Ministers” into believing
that our servants are the Higher Power rather than God Almighty our
Creator and we therefore have allowed our servants to dictate to
juries and grand juries and strip them of their power to the point
of using juries as rubber stamps to perpetuate the personal agenda
of our servants. This subversion of the power of the juries was
deliberate to prevent juries from executing judgment against
government employee hireling servants for their crimes against “We
the People of the United States of America.
Go back up to
Rom 13:6,7: So who is to render the tribute? Before you answer,
remember, you hired your servants to serve you according to
constitutional law, they are required to render you this tribute.
If they do, we have an obligation to pay them. If they do not, we
have no obligation to pay them because they are in breach of their
contract they swore to uphold.
Next, look at
Rom 13:8: We are to owe no man anything. Now, look at “your”
house? Or the lenders house? Look at “your” car or the “lenders”
car. Look at your other “personal property” or the “credit card
companies” other personal property. Why is it not your property,
why is it the government “banks” property? Because you have allowed
them to violate the constitutional law, you have allowed them to
counterfeit our money and pass it off as if it were money and by
allowing them to use it you have allowed them to transfer the wealth
formerly owned by “We the People of the United States of America” to
the international banking industry.
Where did this
con job begin in your life? Remember, God Almighty gives us the
choice to serve “Him” according to His will, or to serve the kings
of this world. He gives us the right to go to Him for our benefits
or we may go to the kings of this world for our benefits. When you
got your Social Security Number and used it, you went to the kings
of this world for your benefits and what did God say to the
Israelites in 1 SAM 8? If you go off serving the kings of this
world do not go back to him when the king does those terrible things
to you because He will not hear you! But you say, “I didn’t know, I
didn’t understand”! Consider:
“Hosea 4:6 My
people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast
rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no
priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will
also forget thy children.”
Ok, so lets say
we were ignorant, made a mistake and now we know better. If we do
not now use that knowledge and make a correction, we are accountable
for rejecting that knowledge and the penalty described in Hosea 4:6,
comes upon us! Remember, it was through ignorance that you applied
for and received a Social Security number for your children. That
act sold your children into a lifetime of bondage for a tax
deduction on a tax return that you were not required to file that
caused you to pay taxes that you did not owe, all because of
ignorance of our true and proper relationship with God our creator
and our servants that we hire to work for us in our government.
Lets assume that
many will still be doing their best to justify their determination
to serve government employee hireling servants as their god and they
take us to:
“1 Pet 2:13 Submit yourselves to every
ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether it be to the king, as
supreme;
1 Pet 2:14 Or unto governors, as unto them
that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the
praise of them that do well.
1 Pet 2:15 For so is the will of God, that
with well doing ye may put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
1 Pet 2:16 As free, and not using your
liberty for a cloak of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
1 Pet 2:17 Honour all men. Love the
brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king.
1 Pet 2:18 Servants, be subject to your
masters with all fear; not only to the good and gentle, but also to
the froward.”
Consider 1 Pet
2:13: You have to be very careful with this because submitting
yourself to every ordinance of man could get you in lots of
trouble. But if it is for our Lord’s sake then it must be in
compliance with His commandments and anything contrary to His
commandments would be sin. For example: contrary to constitutional
law the USA governments, State and Federal, fund the Murder of
unborn children in abortion clinics all over the world and they use
funds from unbelievers and believers alike. So, if you pay income
and social security taxes you are a participant in the murder of
unborn babies. When “State Licensed Ministers”, tell you that you
have to give government whatever they ask for they are telling you
to participate in crimes that violate God’s laws! Why? They are
“State Licensed Ministers” in service to the “State” not God
Almighty our creator.
Consider 1 Pet
2:14: Who is it that has the right and power to punish the evil
doers by Constitutional Law? “We the People” as the Board of
Directors over the Governors and President via the representative
process and via the Grand Juries and Juries. We have the right and
power for God Almighty to hold these government employee hireling
criminals accountable for their crimes and by not doing so, we
receive that judgment against ourselves.
Consider 1 Pet
2:15: I pray that this article will help to silence the ignorance
of foolish men.
Consider 1Pet
2:16: We are the servants of God. God has given us a Cloak of
Liberty with the power to execute his judgment against the evil
doers and constitutional law gives us the power to execute that
judgment against evil doing government employee hireling servants to
regain and maintain that liberty. If we do not execute that
judgment, we do not deserve the liberty that comes with it.
Consider 1 Pet
2:18: Remember “We the People” are the masters over our employees
they are the servants!
Lastly
consider:
“Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from
heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers
of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
Rev 18:5 For her sins have reached unto
heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities.
Rev 18:6 Reward her even as she rewarded
you, and double unto her double according to her works: in the cup
which she hath filled fill to her double.”
Come out of the
Social Security System, cease to accept this fraud against you,
cease to participate in the income tax, social security tax and the
other benefit tax programs designed to rob you of your wealth and
bankrupt you. Extract yourself from the system and extract double
the damages it has brought upon you by fraud, misrepresentation and
Breach of Contract. Then be ready to receive blessings from God our
creator because there will be many!
Remember, the
system will be destroyed because of it’s costliness:
“Rev 18:19 And they cast dust on their
heads, and cried, weeping and wailing, saying, Alas, alas, that
great city, wherein were made rich all that had ships in the sea by
reason of her costliness! for in one hour is she made desolate.”
Remember:
“Rev 18:9 And the kings of the earth, who
have committed fornication and lived deliciously with her, shall
bewail her, and lament for her, when they shall see the smoke of her
burning,”
The kings of the
earth are corrupted, do not follow them unless you want to be
weeping and wailing with them. Remember we have to right to bring
ourselves totally under the protection of God Almighty our Creator
and go to the celebration:
“Rev 18:20 Rejoice over her, thou heaven,
and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on
her.”
